If you have already purchased from us we guarantee you have purchased at the best price available. If our competition advertise a cheaper price within 10 days of you purchasing from us, we will refund 110% of the difference.

1. The price we will beat must be from our legitimate competition, ie an Australian retailer who runs a musical instrument shopfront, offering full back up service on every product they sell.
2. The price we will beat must be inclusive of all service charges and freight.
3. We will not be obliged to beat any price that is below our purchase price from our supplier.

5. We only offer this guarantee on products we keep in stock and that are in stock with our competition.
