Taylor PS14ce Presentation Series LTD 2020 Macassar Ebony

During Taylors recent wood organization project they made a discovery of 100 sets of Macassar Ebony. This is being used to create a limited run of two models, the 914ce and PS14ce.

These are Taylor's two highest specification guitars with collector appeal. Only 2 of this model will be available in Australia and only 1 from our store.

At the pinnacle of the Taylor line, the Presentation Series represents the finest craftsmanship, design innovation, and musicality that Taylor has to offer. This PS14ce is no exception—made with a sinker redwood top (sourced from logs submerged in California riverbeds) and solid Maccasar Ebony back and sides.  V-Class bracing adds volume and sustain that allow the natural qualities of these materials to bloom as notes resonate. To optimize the playing experience, the PS14ce is outfitted with a radiused ebony armrest, while premium Gotoh 510 tuners provide a precise 21:1 gear ratio. Aesthetically, this model is adorned with ebony binding, a single-ring paua rosette, mother-of-pearl and paua fretboard inlays in our Nouveau pattern, and a glossy finish complemented with a shaded edgeburst treatment. Built to shine in the studio, on stage, or at home, this is truly an heirloom-quality instrument worthy of generations of play. It ships with ES2 electronics in a deluxe hardshell case.
