Promotion Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotion Overview
This offer (“Promotion”) is conducted by Dynamic Music Australia Pty Ltd (“Promoter”).

Consumers who purchase an eligible Cort G300 (“Qualifying Product”) from an authorised Australian Cort Dealer during the promotional period may be eligible to receive one Zoom MS-200D+ (“Bonus Product”) at no additional cost, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotional Period
The Promotion commences on 1 October, 2025 and ends on 30 December, 2025 unless stock of Cort G300’s is exhausted prior (“Promotional Period”).

Claims must be submitted by 31 January, 2026. Claims received after this date will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

• The Promotion is open to Australian residents only.
• Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Promoter or its associated companies are not eligible to participate.
• Purchases must be made from Authorised Australian Cort Dealer. Purchases from overseas retailers or online marketplaces (such as eBay, Amazon, or similar) do not qualify.

4. How to Redeem
To claim the Bonus Product, the claimant must:

• Purchase a Qualifying Product during the Promotional Period.
• Retain the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase.
• Submit a claim via the Cort Dealer from which the product was purchased or by emailing redeem@dynamicmusic.com.au including:
  • Full name and contact details
  • Proof of purchase (clear copy of receipt)
  • Product serial number (if applicable)
  • Delivery address within Australia

Claims must be received by 31 January, 2026.

5. Verification and Fulfilment

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify all claims, including proof of purchase and identity.
• Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or late claims will be deemed invalid.
• Upon verification, the Bonus Product will be sent to the claimant directly or via the dealer from which the original purchase was made at no cost within 4 weeks of claim approval.
• Bonus Products will only be delivered to valid Australian addresses.

6. General Conditions

• Limit of one claim per Qualifying Product purchased.
• Bonus Products are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or misdirected claims.
• The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If the Bonus Product is faulty or does not meet the guarantees under the ACL, consumers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with law.

8. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information to process and fulfil claims. By participating, claimants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of this Promotion.
