The Gretsch G2622TG Streamliner Centre Block Double-Cut with Bigsby is a Limited Edition semi-hollow electric guitar finished in Vintage White with gold hardware throughout. Designed for players who want distinctive Gretsch style and versatile performance without compromise, this model combines a chambered centre block body construction with Broad'Tron BT-3S humbucking pickups, a Bigsby B70 vibrato tailpiece, and a suite of tone-shaping controls. It suits intermediate to advanced players looking for a visually striking instrument with genuine playability across genres including rock, blues, country, and jazz.

The G2622TG features a double-cutaway 16" arched laminated maple body with a centre block design that provides improved attack, sustain, and feedback rejection compared to a fully hollow body. The soft "C" shaped nato neck is set into the body and carries a 12"-radius laurel fingerboard with 22 medium jumbo frets, pearloid Big Block inlays, and a bone nut. Two Broad'Tron BT-3S pickups utilise a combination of Alnico 5 and Alnico 2 magnets to deliver stronger mids, tight lows, and smooth highs. Controls include individual neck and bridge pickup volume controls, a master tone, and a master volume with push/pull coil-splitting functionality for single-coil tones. An Anchored Adjusto-Matic bridge and Bigsby B70 vibrato tailpiece complete the feature set, alongside metal G-Arrow control knobs and a three-ply black pickguard.

In practical use, the centre block construction keeps the body weight manageable while retaining the resonance and warmth associated with semi-hollow instruments. The coil-split function on the master volume adds meaningful tonal range, making this guitar adaptable across live and studio settings. The G2622TG is a limited edition model and is available in Vintage White. An optional Gretsch hardshell case (p/n 099-2622-000) and hollow body gig bag (p/n 099-6458-000) are available separately.

Broad'Tron BT-3S Pickups
The G2622TG features our Broad'Tron BT-3S pickups. Utilizing a combination of Alnico 5 and Alnico 2 magnets, the BT-3S pickups provide stronger mids, tight but full lows, and smooth clear highs that retain a smooth and musical presence.

Versatile Controls with Coil-Splitting
The Streamliner's sonic power is harnessed and shaped by our traditional control layout - neck and bridge pickup volume controls, a master tone control, master volume control and three-way pickup switching.
The addition of a push/pull pot on the master volume control allows coil splitting to provide useful single coil sounds, adding another layer of tonal versatility to an already strong sonic arsenal.
