The Jackson X Series Soloist SLX DX HT in Snow White is a double-cutaway electric guitar designed for players who demand speed, comfort and versatility. Built around a neck-through-body maple construction with a poplar body, this guitar suits shredders and hard rock players looking for a performance-oriented instrument at an accessible price point. The Snow White gloss finish gives it a striking, classic look that stands out on stage.

At the heart of this guitar is a through-body maple neck featuring graphite reinforcement rods and a scarf joint, which contribute to enhanced neck stability and increased sustain. The 12"-16" compound radius bound laurel fingerboard spans 24 jumbo frets and carries pearloid sharkfin inlays, with the gradually flattening radius making chording near the nut feel natural while facilitating clean bends and articulation higher up the neck. Electronics consist of two Jackson High-Output Humbucking pickups — one at the bridge and one at the neck — controlled via a 3-position blade switch, a single volume knob and a single tone knob. The guitar is fitted with a Jackson hardtail bridge and Jackson sealed die-cast tuners.

With a 25.5" scale length and a nut width of 1.6875", this guitar offers a familiar feel for players accustomed to full-scale instruments. The dual-action, head-adjust truss rod aids long-term playability and setup stability. Standard nickel plated steel strings (.009-.042) are fitted from the factory. Optional hardshell cases and gig bags are available separately from Jackson.

12"-16" COMPOUND RADIUS LAUREL FINGERBOARD
Jackson pioneered the use of the innovative 12"-16" compound radius design, in which the laurel fingerboard gradually flattens toward the heel from its more rounded profile at the nut. This makes for comfortable and natural-feeling chording and riffing near the nut, with optimal shred articulation and bending nearer the heel.

MAPLE NECK-THROUGH-BODY WITH GRAPHITE REINFORCEMENT AND SCARF JOINT
Extending the piece of wood used for the neck through the entire length of the guitar’s body allows for greater playability and sustain across the whole instrument. Graphite-reinforcement rods flanking the truss rod provide even more neck stability to help the instrument withstand the rigors of the road, while scarf joint for an angled back headstock increases the tension behind the nut that eliminates the need for string trees and/or string retainer bars.
