The Fender American Professional Telecaster in Oxblood with Rosewood Fingerboard is a USA-made solid body electric guitar built for working players who demand both classic Telecaster character and modern playability refinements. Crafted in Corona, California, it suits guitarists across a broad range of styles — from country and blues to rock and beyond — who want a professional-grade instrument with familiar Fender ergonomics and updated electronics. It is supplied with a Deluxe Molded hardshell case.

At the core of the instrument is an alder body finished in a striking polyurethane Oxblood gloss, paired with a 3-Ply Black pickguard and nickel/chrome hardware. The maple neck carries Fender's Deep "C" profile with smoothly rolled fingerboard edges and a "Super-Natural" satin urethane finish on the back, complemented by a gloss urethane headstock face. The 9.5" radius rosewood fingerboard features 22 narrow tall frets, white dot position inlays, and a bone nut set at 1.685" width. Electronics consist of two V-Mod III single-coil Telecaster pickups — one at the bridge, one at the neck — with a 3-position blade switch and a push-push tone control that activates Series Mode for additional tonal versatility. ClassicGear Precision Potentiometers provide consistent, smooth response throughout the control range.

The 3-saddle top-load/string-through bridge with ClassicGear Compensated Brass Bullet saddles allows players to configure string loading to their preference, with the dual-option setup providing flexibility in feel and tonal response. The 4-bolt asymmetrical neck plate with Micro-Tilt adjustment allows precise neck angle setting without removing the neck. Fender Standard Cast/Sealed Staggered tuning machines complete the hardware complement, contributing to stable tuning across the 25.5" scale length. The guitar ships strung with Fender USA 250L Nickel Plated Steel strings (.009–.042).

The new Telecaster bridge sports ClassicGear™ Compensated Brass Bullet™ Saddles - our most comfortable, flexible Tele saddles yet. Retaining classic brass-saddle tone, they provide excellent intonation and flexible setup options, allowing you to tailor the tension and tone of each string to your liking. Strings can be top-loaded for reduced tension, resulting in a mellower twang and springy attack.

DEEP "C” NECK PROFILE WITH ROLLED FINGERBOARD EDGES
Delivering both comfort and speed, the American Professional “Deep C” neck profile is slim at the nut and fills out gradually as it approaches the neck joint to create a natural feel that’s perfect for chording and single note playing alike. The hand-rolled fingerboard edges and Super-Natural satin finish provide a supremely comfortable feel.

SPECIAL ELECTRONICS
A performance-friendly push-push switch on the tone control activates the series mode in position 2, using both pickups to create a fatter tone not normally found on a Tele.
