The Fender California Deluxe Redondo CE is a full-sized cutaway dreadnought acoustic-electric guitar suited to players who need a single instrument that performs equally well at home, in the rehearsal room and on stage. Built around a solid Sitka spruce top with laminated mahogany back and sides, it offers a lively, balanced acoustic voice with genuine stage-ready functionality courtesy of its onboard Fishman electronics. This Black finish model features a walnut fingerboard and a 25.5" scale length that will feel immediately familiar to players coming from an electric background.

The solid Sitka spruce top is supported by scalloped X bracing, delivering strong resonance and projection suited to confident strumming and dynamic performance. The slim "C"-profile mahogany neck carries a satin urethane finish and a 12" fingerboard radius, striking a balance between comfortable chord work and bend-friendly single-note playing. The Fishman CD-1 preamp is mounted on the side of the body and provides volume, bass, treble, tuner and phase controls, allowing direct tone shaping without external equipment. Hardware includes sealed die-cast split-shaft tuning machines, a Micarta nut and saddle, a Modern Viking bridge, and a 1-ply tortoiseshell pickguard. Strings are phosphor bronze in a .011–.052 gauge.

The cutaway body design keeps the upper frets accessible for melodic playing, while the pearloid rosette and gloss poly body finish give the instrument a polished visual presentation. The Jazzmaster-style headstock is a nod to Fender's electric heritage.
