The Fender Made in Japan Traditional 60s Stratocaster® in Olympic White combines Fender's classic instrument-making heritage with the precision craftsmanship for which Japanese manufacturing is renowned. This guitar is well suited to players seeking an authentic vintage Stratocaster experience — from the iconic body shape through to the period-correct hardware and electronics — at a price point that reflects serious quality without the premium of a Custom Shop instrument.

The guitar features a basswood body finished in gloss polyester, paired with a maple neck in a comfortable "U" profile and a gloss urethane finish. The rosewood fingerboard has a 9.5-inch radius and 21 vintage-style frets, with white dot position inlays and a bone nut measuring 1.615 inches wide. Three vintage-style single-coil Strat® pickups are controlled via a 5-position blade switch, master volume, and two tone controls, delivering the characteristic clean, glassy tones associated with 1960s Stratocasters. The 6-saddle vintage-style Synchronized Tremolo bridge and vintage-style tuning machines complete the period-appropriate specification. Hardware is finished in nickel/chrome, with a 3-ply mint green pickguard and eggshell control knobs and switch tip.

The 25.5-inch scale length and narrow nut width make this guitar comfortable and responsive across a range of playing styles. It ships with a gig bag included, making it a practical choice for players who need protection for transport.
