The IK Multimedia iKlip Xpand is a universal microphone stand mount designed to securely hold iPads and tablets with screen sizes ranging from 7" to 12.9". Suitable for guitarists, keyboard players, DJs, and performers of all kinds, it allows musicians to bring their favourite apps to the stage with confidence. The iKlip Xpand is designed and manufactured in Modena, Italy, and is built to withstand the demands of regular live performance.

The iKlip Xpand features four expandable arms with a rubberised "Gorilla Grip" backing that holds devices firmly without scratching or marring their surfaces. An expansion "memory" bracket allows quick and easy mounting, adjusting from 6" (153.5mm) to 8.7" (220.8mm) to accommodate most popular tablet sizes — even with a protective case fitted. A ball joint global positioning system provides infinite adjustment, enabling precise viewing angles in both landscape and portrait orientations. The universal clamp attaches to any microphone stand pole or horizontal boom with a diameter of up to 1.2" (30mm). When a tablet is mounted, all device ports and controls remain fully accessible.

The iKlip Xpand ships with the iKlip Stage app for iOS — a music file management and page-turning application that makes it straightforward to organise and perform with scores, lyrics, tabs, and charts.
