The Taylor 112ce-N is a nylon-string acoustic-electric guitar from Taylor's 100 Series, offering a Grand Concert body shape with a Venetian cutaway. It is suited to fingerstyle players, those transitioning from steel-string guitars, classical players seeking a more accessible neck width, and beginners to intermediate players looking for an affordable entry point into nylon-string tone with onboard electronics. The 112ce-N is manufactured at Taylor's Tecate, Mexico facility.

The guitar features a solid torrefied spruce top, which delivers warmth and depth characteristic of a played-in instrument, paired with layered sapele back and sides. Fan-style internal bracing supports a clear, responsive nylon-string voice. The 12-fret neck profile and 1-7/8-inch nut width are narrower than a traditional classical guitar neck, making chord shapes and transitions more comfortable. The matte-finished body is appointed with black binding and a white plastic 3-ring rosette. The ebony fretboard carries 4mm dot inlays in faux pearl, and the slotted peghead is fitted with classical nickel tuners with faux pearl buttons. Electronics are handled by Taylor's Expression System 2 (ES-N), providing reliable amplified performance. The guitar ships with a soft gig bag included.

The 112ce-N has a 25-1/2-inch scale length and a 20-inch fretboard radius, making it feel familiar to players accustomed to steel-string instruments. The bridge and peghead veneer are West African Crelicam Ebony, the nut is White NuBone, and the saddle is White Micarta. Strings fitted are D'Addario Pro Arte Carbon (.024 - .046).
