Fender Limited Edition American Professional Classic Telecaster featuring the Fender Silent System, Maple Fingerboard, 3-Color Sunburst

The Fender Limited Edition American Professional Classic Telecaster featuring the Fender Silent System is a USA-made electric guitar that brings together vintage Telecaster aesthetics and a significant technological advance for single-coil players. Available in a classic 3-Color Sunburst finish with a maple fingerboard, this limited-edition instrument is well suited to gigging musicians, session players, and recording artists who demand authentic Telecaster tone but need a quieter, hum-free signal chain — on stage or in the studio.

At the heart of this guitar is the Fender Silent System, a passive, battery-free, patent-pending breakthrough mounted discreetly under the 3-ply mint green pickguard. The system is designed to eliminate 60-cycle single-coil hum without altering the character or output of the pickups. The two Coastline '63 Single-Coil Telecaster pickups deliver the depth, punch, and sparkle associated with classic '60s Tele tone, and are controlled via a master volume, a master tone with Greasebucket circuitry, and a 3-position toggle switch. The alder body carries a gloss urethane 3-Color Sunburst finish, while the maple neck features a comfortable Modern "C" profile with a satin urethane back finish. The maple fingerboard has a 9.5" radius, 22 medium jumbo frets, black dot position inlays, and a 1.685" synthetic bone nut. Hardware includes a 3-saddle vintage-style strings-through-body Tele bridge with slotted brass barrel saddles, knurled dome control knobs, and Fender ClassicGear staggered tuning machines — all finished in nickel/chrome.

This instrument ships with a deluxe gig bag. The maple fingerboard variant of the 3-Color Sunburst is exclusive to the limited-edition Silent System lineup and is built entirely in the USA. Players will find the familiar Telecaster ergonomics and control layout unchanged, making the transition seamless — the only audible difference being the near-elimination of single-coil interference noise.
