Fender Limited Edition Player II Jazzmaster, Rosewood Fingerboard, Shell Pink

The Fender Limited Edition Player II Jazzmaster® in Shell Pink is a limited edition offset electric guitar built in Mexico and suited to players who want a modern, stage-ready instrument with genuine vintage Fender character. The Shell Pink finish pairs a classic, retro-inspired aesthetic with the contemporary refinements of the Player II platform, making it an appealing choice for intermediate to advanced guitarists across a range of styles, from indie and alternative through to surf and beyond.

The contoured alder body provides a resonant tonal foundation with a gloss polyester finish. The maple neck is shaped to a Modern "C" profile with a satin urethane finish on the back and gloss urethane on the headstock face, and carries a slab rosewood fingerboard with hand-rolled edges, a 9.5" (241 mm) radius, 22 medium jumbo frets, white dot position inlays, and a 1.650" (42 mm) synthetic bone nut. Scale length is 25.5" (64.77 cm). Electronics consist of two Pure Vintage '65 Single-Coil Jazzmaster® pickups wired to a master volume and master tone control with a 3-position toggle switch. Hardware includes a Jazzmaster® bridge with Mustang® saddles and a vintage-style "floating" tremolo tailpiece with pop-in tremolo arm, Fender® ClassicGear™ tuning machines, a 4-ply tortoiseshell pickguard, aged white plastic knobs, and nickel/chrome hardware finish throughout. The neck is attached via a 4-bolt standard neck plate with "F" logo.

The Pure Vintage '65 pickups are wound to precise vintage specifications, delivering the articulate clean tones and characteristic texture associated with classic Jazzmaster® designs. The Mustang® saddles on the Jazzmaster® bridge significantly improve tuning stability and intonation compared to original vintage-style saddles, while the floating tremolo system retains expressive vibrato capability. The truss rod is a single-action, head-adjust type with a 3/16" hex wrench (included). No case or gig bag is included. The recommended case is the Classic Series Jazzmaster®/Jaguar® Wood Hardshell Case (P/N 0996116306, sold separately). Strings are Fender® USA 250L Nickel Plated Steel (.009–.042 Gauges), PN 0730250403.
